Okay, this is starting to get frustrating.. I know that it happens most often out here in the public forums, but it is beginning to happen even in the BotM. THERE IS A REASON THINGS ARE STICKIED. WHY DO PEOPLE NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE FUCKING STICKIES!?!?!?

Mini rant.. Maybe should be in the venting thread.. but this is an issue. Guys, if there's a sticky in ANY forum, there's generally a reason for it. If there is an ANNOUNCEMENT, you MUST read it. It is VERY IMPORTANT ~ hence, why it is an ANNOUNCEMENT.
