Stories like this one always amaze me. I'm all for touching yourself and all, but I can't imagine hanging out somewhere in public and deciding to whip it out and toss one off. Must be a pretty whacked kind of guy *snicker*

Seriously. A life sentence? He got stiffed.

He should really get off easy. But hey, when you've got a justice system as impotent as this...all kinds of crazy stuff can come about.
