I see that my introduction thread was locked after someone pushed a panic button that I'm the "infamous" Daystrom. Friendly bunch, aren't you.

Hey, Daystrom, if you want to participate here, just act normally. Don't freak out over the slightest things; threads tend to get locked after the spam reaches a certain threshold, anyway.

Thus no it wasn't about you in any particular way, it was because of the spam being posted in the thread(isn't this the second one who's complained of first thread being locked?!)
