"Funboy" Just Lost $50 to Me

Summary: "Funboy" from my BF work heard that I was a swimmer and bet that he could beat me. He got his ass kicked!
So anyways... I'd been out biking today with my BF and we dropped by his work so he could pickup his long overdue paycheck. We hung out in the shop a bit while the owner wrote up a personal check (slightly suspicious if you as me) and my BF started smirking at "funboy" and poking fun at him, which I'm told is a favourite shop pastime. "Funboy" you see is your typical highschool senior with all the attitude and cockiness that goes along with it and that's likely why they enjoy bugging him so much.
Anyways while my BF was picking up his check I was having some banter with the boys and the topic of swimming came up...and "funboy" just had to ask me if I was any good while bragging about his achievements at the Provincial highschool finals. And so I decided to shut him up and informed him that I hold the Princeton University record and was on the Canadian national team...and being the arrogant kid he chose not to believe me and bet that he could beat me, which led to $50 being put on the table, $50 that he'd never see again.
We decided to swim the 400M free which is something I never swim in competition, not that it mattered considering how hopelessly out of his league he was. Considering that I beat him by nearly a full pool length (50M) I almost felt bad about taking his money...almost...because it'll be good for him in the long run and hopefully teach him not to run his mouth so much (yeah, right, like anything could shut him up ).
Even funnier is that it's the 2nd time I've done this to one of my BF's co-workers. There was another "funboy" (funboy the 1st?) at his work last year who also lost a chunk of cash to me on a swimming bet. You know, as long as they keep hiring new "funboys" at his work I may never have to get a job, I'll just have to up the stakes a bit.
