Your not supposed to eat meat actually. It's just organic fruits and vegetables.
It's described on the site as the ultimate vegetarian diet.

here's a quote from their FAQ section.
What is the difference between a raw/living foods diet and a vegetarian one?
Vegetarians and vegans believe in only eating a plant based diet.
Living and Raw Foodists believe in eating only an UNCOOKED, UNHEATED, UNPROCESSED and ORGANIC plant based diet.

They labour under the assumption that "natural" is always better. In reality, raw vegetables are very hard on your digestive system. The longest-lived people on Earth eat cooked vegetables.
But hey, why go with a proven success story like the traditional Okinawan lifestyle when you can invent some goofy doctrine out of thin air, such as "raw vegetables are better?" After all, humans were lucky to live for 30 to 35 years before civilization, so why not return to that healthier time?

Gaaaah, what morons! Don't they realize that they're tempting fate by consuming all those fecal bacteria from the organic fertilizer they're using. Not to mention the human digestive tract isn't that great at digesting raw cellulose? It's a very harsh lifestyle that guaranteed an early death for our primitive forebears.

Well if they eventually die, they certainly won't be needing our sympathies at their funerals.

Hey, I like living food, oysters on the half shell are supposed to be served critically wounded and dying, not dead!

What did people eat before there was fire??
They ate it RAW!
Idiots! They're talking about
Homo habilis here - which not only had a much longer gut to digest those unprocessed vegetables, but as a result had a
much smaller brain. Bah.

Why people have to go so extreme with their diets is beyond me. The healthiest way to eat is a little bit of everything, cooked, and uncooked both.
My first exposure to a Raw Foodist (that's really what she called herself)was a chic on TV who looked like a chemotherapy patient. Her gaunt look, and egg sauces warmed to 115 deg. farenheit did nothing to recommend her restaurant. Or dietary choices.

Perhaps a few of these people can't really appreciate how well off they really are when it comes to being able to eat a proper amount of food each day.
We should invite them to live on their diets in Somalia or North Korea.
