Ok, we all know that the average TV viewer is completely retarded (or at least the people that write commercials and sitcoms seem to think they are) but Christ... I just saw the most annoying commercial.

In the commercial I just watched, it had a guy saying "blah blah blah blah," but each 'blah' was in a different tone so it was like he was actually having a conversation. Now, is it just me or are they not even fucking trying anymore? Blah blah blah? What the fuck is that? Blah Blah SHUT THE FUCK UP! God, I am starting to really hate television...

It's like my choices on television are 1)the fucking moron who can't close his disgusting mouth while he chews his burger and drips the shit all over his disgusting face and shirt. The latest one has an entire group of these slobs eating burgers. I guess their adverstising strategy is to disgust people into eating their product.

2)The stupid wannabe weight machines that use big rubber bands instead of weights. Now, if they would just admit that the rubber bands wear out, and that the models advertising the product got that way through years of dieting and lifting free weights, they would not be so bad. But in only "20 minutes a day, three days per week you can have a body like..." Yeah, right... and excessive masturbation causes blindness.

3) The annoying girl dancing in the front seat of the car. If I were driving and the girl in front seat of my car started dancing like a fucking moron, I would have to backhand her and tell her to calm the fuck down. I don't need to get into an accident because some whore in the front seat has to dance like someone having a seizure.

Here is a tip for all commercial producers: Just because someone is eating in your commercial does not mean that you have to add in more fucking smacking noises.

Anyone have anything to add!?

I'd like to add that I hate Big Brother, last week we were supposed to have an episode of Becker where Frasier comes to visit. And because some fool decides that she wants out, they cancel it for half an hour of people sitting in a spa and crying in the loungeroom, I can't fucking stand it.

I've stopped watching TV for the most part. Too many fucking commercials....on top of that, very shitty programming. It's garbage, pure stinking garbage.

There still some good shows Law & Order,Law & Order SVU,Law & Order CI CSI & CSI Miami,The Simpsons,Without a trace and thats about it for now.

I can't stand so called "Reality T.V" shows. I hate the Real World because they always get the same cast of characters. They get 1 homosexual and 1 lesbian. Then they cast a homophobic(sp) in order to cause fights. Its fucking stupid and people need to stop watching that shit.

The problem is stupid people. Stupid people who are easily amused. Stupid people who are easily amused, but manage to control the media. That and the money-grubbing actors from shows like "Friends" that make them put reality TV crap on the air so they don't have to pay them a million dollars an episode. Hopefully. And it's not even reality after all: since when was a guy that fools gold-digging whores into thinking he's rich "reality"?

Theres only one "reality" show I like: Rough Science, where a bunch of professors and stuff get together on an island and have to build random ship (radios, distilling machines, cameras) out of very little given resources.

They made a radio with fucking barbed wire and CHARCOAL. I love that show.

Oh, and the original Robot Wars TV show featuring Sir Lister of Smeg.

Speaking of commercials, what's with commercials and crappy music? It seems that they always pick the most obnoxious and grating music to play for the ad. And even if it isn't that bad, they just make it bad by playing commercial every break.

Some types of Commericals that i really hate are infomericals(sp) and appliance commericals. They both have the same style. For example there is this new drainer/cooking pot thing out now and the commerical for it pisses me off to no end. Why? because it shows people having a hard time dropping their pasta into a strainer? It makes it seem like it is the hardest thing in the world to do. But now because you have this (product) you'll never loose your pasta again. Same thing with this new can opener that i saw. It showed people opening cans and having the contents spill all over them. Who the fuck opens a can of tomatoe sause over their fucking head. NO ONE. Sorry about the rant

If no one here likes their TVs, I'll be glad to take them off their hands. Especially if they are big screens with surround sound.

Comedy Central. My entire TV veiwing schedule revolves around it. At 6:30 if I missed the Daily Show (JON STUART RULES) I can catch it again, at 7:00 there's Conan on Late Night (I'm never up late enough to watch him on NBC), then there's usually some re-runs of SNL to keep me entertained (the good 'ol days, when SNL was funny...). Finally, round about to 11:00, new Daily Show (JON STUART RULES), followed by Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. Not to mention Insominiac; Dave Attel rules. Finish it off the stand up comics, of which some freakishly funny and some not, and you've got the only channel I need.

Love live Comedy Central.
