Just heard that Gregory Peck, whose previous roles involved a recently top voted hero Atticus Finch, has just passed away. He was 87.
The loss of another great acting legend befalls us all.

Very sad. All the silver-screen greats will be gone soon, I doubt any future(or current) generations will have their stature.

I believe a quote from
To Kill a Mockingbird is appropiate here.
Reverend Skyes wrote:Jean Louise. Jean Louise, stand up. Your father's passing.

It seems fitting that one of the uni theatre groups is doing a play of "To Kill A Mocking Bird" this month.

This is truely sad. One of the greatest actors of the past century has died.
One of so many.

He had a full long life, living to the age of 87, and made many great films. Goodbye.

Former ABC News anchor David Brinkley also died today. 82.
