I was around 42 kgs untill recently. Now I weigh 45 kgs, probobly due to change in my eating habits. Probobly I do look well since 45 kgs is not a bad weight for someone who is 5'7".
Since weight is releavant to height please post your height also.

12 stone 2 or 3, so approximately 78kg I think, and about 6ft, which I believe is just inside the BMI - although I think some of it is muscle...

You must have serious dedication and willpower. Not everyone can do what you did to lose weight, infact most won't even come close. Such a great weight loss in mere 2 years is an incredible achievment. How did you do it ?

BMI is a load of crap. I'm about ~120 kg and in decent shape. According to the chart in the doctors office, I'm severely obese.

Thank you.
My work offered to pay for a 12week course at weight watchers for me and some other ppl.
Well then just decided that I was not happy with my weight.
So there was a lady from ww that came to our office once/week and took out measurement.
We had a mailing list and some intranet charts and stuff like that. It got into a friendly competition, I finished 2nd.

I weigh 146, and I'm 6'0". I want to gain four pounds so that I can refer to my weight as "a buck fiddy". That would be slick.
EDIT: Pounds, that is. I reckon that'll be about 66 of your "keelo-grams".

You people are rather inquisitive today. First my height, now my weight-what's next? Keevan_Colton asking for my blood type?
80 kilos at 180 centimetres. Now if I can tweak that fat/muscle ratio a little I'm in perfect shape

On the Man Show today (I don't think it was a new episode, but it was on today nonetheless), they showed this test where they had a stage out on the street, and they had women come up and answer some simple questions, one of which was "how much do you weigh?". Underneith the stage, of course, was a hidden scale, so that they could tell how much the women lied. When all was said and done, the average amount of weight that the women polled lied about was 19.6 pounds.
