Which is your favorite movie directed by Sam Raimi? I think I have to say A Simple Plan is the best, but Spider-Man and The Quick and the Dead have big places in my heart.

P.S. only feature-length films are included.

hmmm. If I had to choose a movie to watch right now, it'd be Evil Dead. It has that cheesy horror/action you just can't get these days.

My favorite quote from AoD.

The version of the film I saw had "I'm not that good."

Much funnier line.

Vympel your quote is on the "bootleg edition" of AoD I have that on DVD as well as I just got the "Boomstick edition" which has the origianl theatrical version and the directors cut. I haven't had time to watch both and see the difference, but personally I prefer the version with my quote, but I am glad to see someone likes the other version.

Evil Dead II. Lots of memories, and Ash transformed into the fucking Road Warrior in front of our eyes!

Army of darkness, Funny, Action, Lots of trash talking. And has one of the best scenes in any movie.

"Hey whats that on your face"

"What?"

Ash shovels dirt on face.

Evil Dead II.

It's the perfect balence between The Evil Dead and Army of Darkness.

my favorite part of Evil dead 2 was when he made a reference to himself in AOd.

"whoever he is, he did a lousy job"

or something like that. It was great because i saw AOD before i saw evil dead

Army of Darkness.

Evil Dead was good, but Dead Alive was better. God bless Peter Jackson.

Isn't the "Boomstick" version just the two theatrical versions (ie "Bootleg & the US version) put into one case with perhaps a new commentary or two?

Anyway, I like the comment about being the guy with the gun as well. In the commentary for the "Bootleg version" Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell basically agree that line was funnier but for most people I would guess that it depends on which one you heard first because they both are funny. :)
