Trying to Find This one Song/Sound Clip

I'm listening to the radio last night talking about the Kids Nudiist camps, when they get past one really funny bit they played what I swear was the funniest thing ever, it was a sound clip (siounded like an intro to a song) of a guy saying (I think) with sirens in the background "They're coming to take me away today, coming to take me today, ha ha, he he, ho ho, Coming to take me to a place where everythings nice, ha ha, he he" there's more but I can't remember how exactly it went.

Dr. Demento. Just type in they're coming to take me away if you have Kazaa, and you should be able to get the hit you want.
