To be honest though he does seem to have black hair, the lighting's a bit dark, it doesn't look like he's bulked up any. Though it looks like it was shot near when that publicity shot of him in the getup was, so he may not have had time to bulk up yet.

He needs the 300 round AK magazine from True Lies, and the 5000rpm low recoil AK that fires it. I'm a bit disappointed though, it sounds like he wont be slaughtering any superheroes, just regular criminals.

The Punisher doesn't really go after superheroes anyways...
