I have this problem and seeing as I have no life

, or experience I'd like to see other people's advice.

There is this girl, whom I really like, as in like like. And she just likes me. I really want to get closer to her, both emotionally, and physically. And I don't know how to go about it.

There's also this girl (you know who I'm talking about) who I really liked, but I kinda put her off when I kinda sorta began stalking her (or so people claim)....

The best thing to do, I think, is to chat her up when she seems unoccupied. Then mention a movie opening that you're interested in seeing, and ask if she'd like to go.

Just my advice.

There is also this guy who is a very good friend of mine whom I really realky really like, I would like to get closer to him both emotionally and physically. But he is straight so I am shit out pf luck.

OK, I am not the right person to ask about this as I've just completely fucked up one relationship that was looking really promising and am well on the way to fucking up the rest.

But just goddamn talk to her, ask her to a movie and DON'T BE CHEESY!

Incidentally, whatever you do, do not take dating tips from "The Wonder Years," or any of the other garbage on TV. It really does not work. The best thing to do is be yourself, and if the girl doesn't like that, then...well, maybe you should ask yourself if she is worth altering your entire way of life over, keeping in mind that people go to war and die to protect or further establish their ways of life.

Straha, just chat with her, if she likes you she is already inclined to listen to what you have to say. Show interest in what she is interested in but for god's sake don't be a yes man. WOmen like that you share interests but EVEN MORE that you are your own man. Casually work it in that hey, there's this movie/festival/play, etc. You know what she likes better than we do and just casually invite her along. The more time you spend together the mor etime she has to make up her mind about you, and most importantly just be yourself. If she likes you then she likes you for what she's seen already.

Alyrium Denryle, I feel for you, unrequited love is a bummer. As Lenier said in B-5, "All love is unrequited." I kind of agree. I don't think your partner can ever love you as much as you love them or vice versa. There's just no way to measure love....the point of this? Get him drunk, maybe, JUST MAYBE he may be curious or more pliable. Then again you run the risk of ruining the friendship...so, find a nice gay guy in youe school and make sweet love and think of your buddy....The Love Doctor has spoken.

Oh yeah, everybody, wear a rubber...really...I mean it...unless they look clean, then all bets are off.

Try a whole double-date thing--get two of your friends together and say something like this: "A couple of friends and myself are going out to a movie, and I was wondering if you'd like to come?" --No pun intended. If she acts nervous, don't push it. If she says okay, it's open-ended from there. Trust me. I'm a gayboy. I know these kinds of things.

Whereby I would fix the emotional problems of all my rather intresting friends(I attract werid people and not as in anti-social werid or goth werid but just werid in general)(I also happen to be able to insert myself into any *In-crowd at will due to my RL complete lack of accent and ability to mimic anyone elses after a day or two of exposer and acute memory of the odd such as typical phrases and actions)

Anyway twas all good for awhile until I suddenly noticed that ever single girl in my old High-School either knew me or knew of me

As RayCav is over there drooling at this possibility alas twas not to be very useful as suddenly I relased I had turn into the Community free Psychitrist(DOH) and while I might talk with 20-40 women aday about anything the fact was my chances with nearly all of them had sunk to nothing because I was suddenly *The friend you go to... And most of us older generation know how hard it is to turn the friend you go to into any sort of relationship, And Ray I mean everything from One-night stands to deep long lasting ones was practicly impossible to start

The only girls who would think about it where the types who would cheat on thier husbands with thier personal trainers and frankly thats not a type of women I like much exposer to and try and avoid if at all possible.

Hang around. Talk to her (but be yourself; don't try to be romantic or suave). Be a good friend. Maybe something will come of it. That's how I picked up a certain brunette 13 years ago.

I needed advice too. Whenever I asked a out, they turned me down. I would understand if I was too ugly and stupid for them, but the guys they dated were either imaginary, or 10 times uglier and stupider than me. Of course, by the time a woman gets out of college, they'll change, I guess.

Well, make sure not to be indecisive. Ugh, Im one of those types who cant make up their mind,and I dont like taking chances. Ok, time to add my tragic story. Theres a girl at school I like, really hot, really good friends with her, actually probly had a chance with her, but i couldnt make up my mind about whether I should ask her out or not, she went and got a boyfriend during summer vacation...
