The question now is... has anybody heard of this show? And if they have, do they know where I could find a list of the fighting techniques in the show?

Yes, I have! Unfortunately, it's not one of the most well known animes out there and I only saw a few episodes of it, but I'd love to see more. As for the techniques, I don't have the faintest idea of what was used. Have you checked what links were avalible from Anime Turnpike?

I saw the two OAVs as movies ages ago, quite a good animé in most respects if unknown to many.
