Daring Demi's New Body

Madonna takes it off at age 44 and never looked better in her new video "Hollywood". But perhaps the hottest body -- and topic -- of the summer is 40-year-old Demi Moore and exactly how she got that physique. Access Hollywood talked to the miracle man behind Demi's brand new bod.

"It's the diet everyone is looking for and doesn't realize even exists," revealed Demi's diet guru Juliano. "You can eat cake pudding and pie, not work out and just like hang out and be lazy all day and get ripped."

Chef to the stars Juliano is the gourmet genius who has created a diet that he claims has taken years off Demi's appearance and inches off her waist. So just how does he do it? It's attributed to the in-the-raw diet that he serves up. Unbelievably, nothing on his menu has ever been cooked.

"You eat less, you have more energy, you live longer and you never have to go to the doctor and dentist," Juliano told Access.

Demi's diet rules out meat and dairy and consists of mainly vegetables, seeds and nuts. When Juliano is not working as a $1,000 per-day private chef for Demi, you'll find him preparing bread-less, cheese-less pizzas at his "raw" restaurant in Santa Monica. A hot spot for figure- conscious celebrities like Pamela Anderson, Daryl Hannah and Alicia Silverstone.

Demi showed off her fit body on The Late Show with David Letterman. Dave went after Charlie's newest Angel and her new devilish "dude". During Demi's appearance, Dave was digging in and trying to get to the bottom of her Ashton Kutcher connection.

Demi may have been coy in the hot seat, but she certainly wasn't inhibited when she picked out her outfit. Moore wore a daring peek-a-boo skirt and low cut shirt.

"You look like a kid. How is that possible? It's been six years since I saw you and you look younger than last time," said Dave. "That's a good thing – yes, yes, yes," laughed Demi.

It has also been six years since Demi's last major appearance on the big screen. Dave liked what he saw.

"You can still get it done. I mean you can still light up the big screen like nobody's business," Dave told Demi.

Demi has been spending time with her kids at home in Idaho and she revealed to Dave that ex-husband Bruce Willis has been close by. "He lives right across the street. It's convenient for the kids," revealed Demi.

Ashton also made it on the show thanks to modern technology. He counterattacked Dave with his own question via Demi's handheld wireless. "He has a message for you too," Demi told Dave. "It says to tell him I wanted to say, 'Dude, where's YOUR girlfriend?'"
