Acacia has been banned

Post by AdmiralKanos »

OK, enough pussy-footing. Acacia signed up during the TK troll activities, deliberately used a zzn.com account (favoured by TKers at the time) to bypass our stated restrictions on free webmail providers, has an IP address which matches one of their trolls, and defended their activity even when they hacked our board. Moreover, apart from her TK apologism, she has never contributed anything to the board but spam. Therefore, I am removing her from the population.

We've known about this for some time but have taken our time dealing with it, and now she's just wasting time with spam and what she undoubtedly believes is a fiendishly clever attempt to excite teenaged male board members and make them look silly.

Frankly, using the zzn.com account alone is reason enough for me to get rid of her, so I'm not going to let her waste any more time. I've been lenient, but we made it clear a long time ago that we don't allow signups from free webmail accounts, and the people that thought they were clever to bypass that restriction by using obscure free webmailers all have a very short leash as far as I'm concerned.

Goodbye, Acacia.
For a time, I considered sparing your wretched little planet Cybertron.
But now, you shall witnesss ... its dismemberment!

Only thing I regret about this particular ejection is that I had a bit of fun misinforming one of them for a change.

When she first registered, I confronted her about how convenient it was that she targeted RDJ, after registering near the time of one of the invasions/hackings, and how she generally acted like one of the TKers.

Good thing she's taken care of.

The drooling thread irritated me btw
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

There's always the slim chance that someone will sign up to troll but eventually decide to become a contributing member if given time. It was becoming quite apparent that this would not be one of those situations.

Well that thread was split form another.
It was that combined with "I'm so sexual that men are afraid of me" thread that pissed me off.

Well, s/he certainly won't be missed. By me, anyway.

I liked her avatar, and like a lot of others I first thought it was some sort of funky mushroom cloud until I looked closer.

Other than her "slobber over me" thread I really hadn't noticed her being around that much. Oh well.
