Today was a sunny warm beautiful day, so I went biking this afternoon with my GF on the local trails. We were riding and chatting with each other when I went around a corner and saw a woman walking her dog topless! Not only was she topless, she was pretty attractive too. Her dog was pretty hyper and running all over the place so we stopped our bikes to let her pass, and we said hi to her and talked to her a bit. She was pretty cute and all but a bit too old for me (35-40 I'd guess), but I still had trouble keeping myself from staring at her breasts. Nice woman actually, she didn't mind that I was giving her a bit too much attention, and she was really casual about how she was topless as if she did it all the time. Anyways, this is why I love Ontario, where women are legally allowed to walk around topless in public, and some of them actually do so. So yeah, boobies....

Some woman sued because she was charged with violating public decency laws for walking around topless, while men can do the same thing with impunity. The judge ruled that it was sexual discrimination to make an act illegal for women but legal for men, which it is.

I'm just trying to point out that seeing breasts (whether above water or below it) is no big deal; that's the whole point of Ontario's laws. It only becomes a big deal because it's considered illicit in our repressed society.

Actually it was every day...for 2 days...and that's all we've done so far this year. Besides, it's fun! You should try it someday!

Back to the subject at hand, this was the first time I've seen a woman walking around in public with her breasts exposed. I'd known that it was perfectly legal to do so for some years now, but until today I've never seen anyone do it and it certainly came as a surprise to me when I rounded the bend and saw what was drawing my BF attention.

Personally I wouldn't go around topless in public, but it's nice to know that I could legally do so if I felt like it.
