Just in case anybody noticed that I was gone, I appologise that I have been absent from the board and AIM for the past few days (since Tuesday night).
What happened is that early Wednesday our telephone service went dead: two wires in the box got crossed and blew out the system. So for the past few days our phone was totally out. We got it fixed this morning and so everything is up and running as usual.
Also, since we've been talking about getting one for a while and we're too far out in the boonies for DSL or cable modem, we're probably going to get a second line installed sometime very soon...
Anyway, I just wanted to let people know what happened to me in case there was any wondering/worrying.
