The question is, is he really that much worse than your average politician?

Actually he was the former mayor of Cincinnati. And a frequent visitor to hookers... till one of his checks bounced. That's how he was caught. He started the show to help prove to himself that there are more pathetic people than him out that. And nobody out here in Ohio is taking him seriously at all anyways.
