This is one county down from me folks. Hell, it took 5 minutes just to load this post because the net is so slow here. For a while, I couldn't even send messages on ICQ! (ask koji if ya don't believe me!) Its been intermittent so it may start up again...so if I'm gone for any length of time, this is why.
