What's the origin of..

The phrase below?
"I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-kiri Rock. I need scissors! 61!"
I think it's from Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy.

I've read HHGTTG, I don't think it's from that, but I could be wrong.

Never heard the phrase.
Therfore, it is not in HHGTTG: any of the 5 books nor in the TV series, nor in the earlier radio series.
It may in one of the later fits, but It doesn't sound Adamsey to me.

Its amazing how many people have that for their sig (I got like twenty forums with that tacked on). Apparently its "the Colonel" from Metal gear Solid 2. What, is he supposed to be insane or something?

Bascally, your Colonel is an AI (you don't find out till the end of the game), which had a worm cluster inserted into it, and it made your Colonel say crazy things. It's a great game, and I recommend you play Mgs1 (for ps1) before you play Mgs2.
