Yeah, I hope so too. I don't like it when my friends disappear without warning. I've already had one friend I knew over the net vanish instantly without a trace, and he probably died. The guy was French, and that winter (1999) around Christmas there were a lot of big storms in France that killed something like three dozen people. He was probably one of them, because one day he was heavily involved in a lot of discussions and the next there was silence that has yet to lift. If the same happens here, I'm really gonna feel like shit.

Rob's last post is dated July 12th, and he didn't check even his private messages for two weeks. He hasn't replied to email either, and I sent that one a week and a half ago.

But, seriously... I haven't a clue, and he's a cool guy. He better come back. He needs to be able to let me into The Mess after I'm sworn in.

You do know he let's Coyote handle most of that?

Isn't he still the Group Mod, which is the only one (outside of Admins) who can let 'em in?

Yeah, he does do this alot, but we need to post a thread asking about him after a few weeks anyway--call it a ritual call-back effect.

I got a couple of mails from him today. He's OK.

He does this occasionally. He may have become afflicted with a social life
