Does this make me a Grouchy Old Man?
Well, I was bringing in the trash the other day, when I got to my backyard, and saw the neighbor's kids playing out back. I observed this, then thought to myself: "Silly kids...such childish stuff." I then shaked my head, and went inside.
And then I was thinking...I think that about a lot of things my peers and younger do. Like the actions of the Freshies my last year in HS, for instance, and every time I view the neighborhood kids. And when I got that "KidsEye News" thing one day...
Am I a grouchy old man at 18?

Well, I have been known to think about the good ol' days...Stormbringer wrote:Not untill you start talking about the gold old days and telling kids to stay off your lawn while brandishing a shot gun.
Remember the "KidsEye News" thing? When I saw that, I thought, "I used to do that sort of thing when I was a kid. Make up papers an' stuff. But mine were much better, and put effort into it. Why, I was even part of a dogwashing business, and..."
That can't be good...

It doesn't make you a grouchy old man, I think. I'm not sure, I'm told I'm like that a lot.

No no no, not brandishing a shotgun, waving a cane and gesticulating wildly while half mumbling and yelling incoherently at them.Stormbringer wrote:Not untill you start talking about the gold old days and telling kids to stay off your lawn while brandishing a shot gun.
aerius: I'll vote for you if you sleep with me.
Lusankya: Deal!
Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either.

Yup, my street is filled with grouchy old men, and they're pretty deaf too.Montcalm wrote:Talking from experience hmmaerius wrote:No no no, not brandishing a shotgun, waving a cane and gesticulating wildly while half mumbling and yelling incoherently at them.
