Wong, I'd just like to point out that the search function for the MillenniumFalcon theme is completely broken. I don't know if you can do anything about it, but you might want to leave a mention of this problem in Announcements.

I believe he or it might have been Dalton, made an announcement about that around six months ago.

Oh well. Back to SubSilver for me, I guess.

It may be possible to fix it somehow, but I haven't really had time to mess with it.

Has the author updated the theme?

I just updated all of the themes to the latest versions, and the search function should work in all of them now. I'm sure somebody will let me know if something is screwed up by this change.

I was just now looking for this thread so I could ask if you did something to it. :)

The colors are off on the MilleniumFalcon search page. Black where there should be yellow.

Try the "Refresh" button.

Works now.

Besides a color mistake the search works.

Done several times. Didn't work.

Looks like something in the CSS file.

Killing my cache and cookies also does nothing.

The Forum Jump dropdown list is gone too...

EDIT: Never mind, it's only gone on the main forum pages, not in the thread pages themselves.

All the dropdowns work for me.

Have you tried shutting down your browser completely and then restarting it? The colours looked all screwy for me until I did that, and they look OK now. I tried it on both Mozilla and IE.

Dammit! I used Millenium Falcon because it was the only theme with a decent search by author feature. What's better about this new system exactly? You can't jump right to a specific post and it doesn't sort the author's posts in reverse chronological order.

EDIT: Would you consider another theme (don't care which color it's in) with the old style author searching? I'd be happier than a pig in shit.

Ahh, Subsilver, the best theme.

I'd rather trade a bit of aesthetics for a functional search thingy on MF :)
