Well, here I go. The first day of my senior year in high school. One more year. Wish me luck.

Oh, bite me. I'm gonna have to be inschool for another 5-6 years anyhow, just cos of the major I'm choosing, so be quiet.Dalton wrote:I graduated college last year...

I play Treble Baritone in symphoic, and then switch oer to Mellophone for marching. But band camp fun? I think not. Mr. Milch is a hard ass, and I'm a lazy ass, so things don't really work out well.Mitth`raw`nuruodo wrote:If it's a school band camp, than yeah, usually it ends right before school starts. And it CAN be fun, depends on who's running it and all, and how much you really want to do it. (I'm a Tenor Sax, btw. You?)
You poor, poor thing. Never, ever take an optional class until you're a junior!*wanders away grumbling about taking the optional period*
Exonerate is 14 IIRC.Is there anyone here younger than me? Anyone? Or at least someone who's 14? Come on, I don't want to be the youngest poster on the board.
Treble Baritone, eh? I considered the baritone when I started playing, but I like the Tenor saxaphone better. In my band, the two end up playing a lot of the same parts, just the saxaphone has a button combination for the notes, no weird stuff you have to do with your mouth and 3 buttonsDarth Garden Gnome wrote:I play Treble Baritone in symphoic, and then switch oer to Mellophone for marching. Derogatory slang for freshmen. Der.Darth Garden Gnome wrote:*ponders what "froshies" are*JediNeophyte wrote:*laughs at the froshies*
uh huh. And where the hell are you from? Never heard that in my life. Actually, freshmen are the highest grade right now (school just turned from a middle to a high, and they're doing it in "phases", one grade at a time), and the 7th graders are the ones we make fun of. Haven't come up with anything quite as odd as "froshie" yet, but we're working on it.JediNeophyte wrote:Derogatory slang for freshmen.
