<---note afterglow
Hey gang! the old married guy is back! Let me tell you the ceremony went off without a hitch. perfect weather for an outdoor wedding...and we had the top down all the way to Montreal, with one brief panicked excption when a sudden downpour caught me by suprise in Vermont. I'm going through some pictures and scanning them this weekend, and i haven't eben looked at the pics from anyone's digital camera yet, but they will be coming soon. And let me just say, Montreal is ...well's its like NYC without the muggers and France without the airfare. Where else can you sit in a water fountain in the plaza outside the Royal Bank of Canada and eat cheesecake at 3 am..... And yes, the power stayed on, contrary to popular belief Hydro-Quebec actually has a handle on things. Funny story though, we stayed at The Queen Elizabeth and Fairmont Hotels have their servers located in Toronto. We came back to the hotel at 3 am on thursday and holy fuck the lobby was a zoo. Evidently they couldn't check anyone in, lol.

The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy hasn't been the same without you. Congrats and welcome back.

You insulted a member for having the temerity to crack a joke that wasn't even vaguely related to you. Why does my reprimanding you for it have to be the result of a personal problem with you?Kelly Antilles wrote:God, what is your fucking problem with me?

Montreal's amazing! I lived there for a year and wish I could've stayed there till I was old enough to drink. What I loved the most was the performers and live music on the pedestrian only streets, and the bars with patios which overlooked the streets so you could sip a drink while watching the night life.
Congrats, and welcome back!

Now, now people. The important thing is that Crackpot is back and relatively intact.
Congrats, and I trust you had fun.

the street performers are really cool. we were sitting having dinner in a restaraunt in the Old Port, sipping 2 for 1 (yippee!) Labbatts while we watched one guy juggle flaming batons and a mime pissing people off all to the sounds of a guy wailing away on a trumpet. it was really cool.jmac wrote:Montreal's amazing!
