Query for the Glorious Moderatorial Staff.

Post by The Duchess of Zeon »

Can messages on this board appear independently in a search through a browser? In particular, were a certain word or phrase to be used in a message, could this trigger that message to appear in a search that was begun by a search engine, should that post be registered in the search-engine? Or are search-engines unable to register independent posts and words/strings contained therein?

So it would seem.

It might be limited to thread titles for some reason. Experimentation continues.

EDIT: Yes, they can.

Bah, all we need are the Admins to handle the titles, login problems, and the occasional ban.

You Mods just get in the way.

Shut up, Brit boy.

I really have no idea what GR was thinking I'm sore about, unless he was just joking. *shrug*

That's ADMIRAL Brit boy to you, squire. :P

You were talking about jelly doughnuts and how nice they are to eat, but when you take them rectally they can make you "sore".

Yep. Search engine spiders can and do look on the board, unless Mike instructs them not to.
