WTF? Superman as a matrix-wannabe martial artist? Kal-El going to Earth as part of some ancient prophecy? The Superman insignia LITERALLY standing for love, faith and other crap? Gay Jimmy Olsen? Superman dying, then being TALKED out of death by his dad? Lex Luthor's a super-powered Kryptonian posing as a CIA UFO investigator? Who the fuck comes up with this crap? I have a friend who wanted to personally kill they guy* who was pushing that one around.

*He also wanted to cast Nick Cage as Superman/Clark Kent. Yes, we would have Superman as if he had cancer and was on Chemotherapy.

That last sentence is the funniest thing I've read all day. But he's right; if that script is for real, and they fuck up Superman's origin story like that (not to mention the horrible thing they do with LL's character), people will be calling for blood.

Well, scripts often get change from the orginal. Like Jason X for example. GREAT FUCKING SCRIPT!!! A 1999 use to be online, but it was on an angelfire site and is no longer up. Great script, halarious and with some really cool scenes and some common sense.

All fucked to shit in the movie. I'll probly do a rant of it tomorrow. Most of the comedy was taken out, all the cool scenes were taken out, and common sense was fucked to hell.

FUCK! What the hell is gonna happen to the accually movie. And nemesis.

Jesus Fucking Christ, I was just reading the horrible script and it literally **SLAUGHTERS** Superman's continuity. The script bear no fucking slightest resemblance to ANY Superman story we've known, neither post-crisis nor pre-crisis. Lex Luthor? A CIA agent? Puh-leeeezeee!!!

What the hell. Does the writer know anything about Superman? Please, tell me this is a joke. This is the worst script ever. Bad fan fic writers can come up with a better story. Hell just take the pilot from Smallville and mix it with a story from Superman the Animated Series and you'll get something a hell of a lot better. You can't fucking change the origins of Superman. He is one of the most recognized figures in American culture. Damn it just get David Koepp to write it and Sam Raimi to direct and it'll be tons better than this piece of crap.

Actually, the WB decided not to go along any further with Batman vs. Superman, fearing that a failure would destroy both franchises (you can make the point that both franchises have already been destroyed, so why not make this movie?). Instead, they're making this new Superman movie with the hopes of a trilogy. Let's just hope they don't go with this script.
