There can be good money in mortgages, at least until interest rates go back up a bit, and your industry starts laying off.

True, It will dry up, But I don't originate mortgages, I services existing ones. Alot of stability in that, Especially in the company I work for, My company Screws EVERYTHING up, they need us phone answering people to fix shit. I feel for anyone who has a mortgage with my company, Which will remain nameless, I've mentioned my last name on these boards, and posted while at work, my last name is unique enough that they could track me easily.
