If you talking about the shuttle image at the top of the page, that’s just a bunch of links to parts of the sight, not a design.

I saw that Art Bell's site is mirroring some of the images. Must be some sort of conspiracy going on. Let me guess, those patterns are where Nicholae Tesla has set up his superdooper advanced equipment, first tried in the Philadelphia Experiment, and now perfected on Mars in a secret government/alien conspiracy?

Please tell me you're being sarcastic? NASA would have absolutely no reason to hide the existence of life on Mars. The publicity alone would secure them ludicrous quantities of funding into the forseeable future.
