Weird Problem w/ DVD Player

This is odd...no matter what DVD I put in the player, when I watch it, it seems to move at a higher framerate than normal, and the sound is blurred and gravelly...

He lives in Philly. More specifically, Region 2 in a Region 1 player.
What brand is it? Have you tried using a cleaning disc? Is it still under warranty?HemlockGrey wrote:Standalone, and the problem only just started. I've had the player since February, and all the discs were working fine two days ago.
