Getting high

Now if I remember my French right (it's been 8 years since I've lived in Quebec)
The marijuana growers have no lack of imagination in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides. They put a platform on the top of a huge plant, which Quebec police discovered thanks to an anonymous phone call.
50 plants were planted on the platform which was 20 metres off the ground. (something about distributing water I can't translate).
The cops had to call the tactical squad (SWAT?) because of the height of the tree. No one was home when this was found, and there are no suspects.
So...how bad was my French?
