Found this while I was googling. At least she didn't sue the previous owner for not telling her about the ghost - like that other guy did.

Hmm, yeah okay. One of my friends says he say a ghost in his house. Normally, he is a pretty skeptical guy. Does not believe in all that stuff. I believe he saw something. I just dont think it was a ghost haunting the house. Especially since the house is 3 years old, and they are the first owners. The land before that was a mix of agriculture or heavy industry.

My guess is that it was a free roaming full-torso vaporous apparition . Nah, seriously, I don't know. The spookiest things that ever happens in my house is wierd sounds. One night when I tried to sleep I heard two knocks on the wall. It sounded like it came from my brothers room on the other side of the wall so I guessed that it was just him turning over in his sleep. But a few minutes later I heard the sound again, but it came from my room this time. And then I heard footsteps in the hallway outside my room. That scared me so much that I could sleep for almost the whole night. Of course there might be very natural explanations to these sounds but you don't think like that in the middle of the night...

A friend of mine woke up in the middle of the night one time and he couldn't move. He thought that he saw some black creatures moving around on the floor. I think it was probably one of those sleep-paralysis experiences.
