I spotted someone (I have no idea who the guy is) using a picture by direct linking from one of your "essay" pages, more specifically the one about planet busters.

It only happened once, and I gave him a warning about it, so I consider that enough done on his part. But I thought you may wish to know about it and lock the page's images so that they can't be easily used; even if the copyright maintains wholly with the movie producers, he was nonetheless stealing your bandwidth.

Yes, perhaps I'll have to add a rewriterule on my site to prevent such chicanery in future. At least it's just a JPEG, not like Darkstar linking to big multi-megabyte AVI files on my site.
