Ok, now is it that Tom & his wife's kid is so much lighter complexioned then either of them? (I mean, lighter hair, paler skin, lighter eyes....)
Kinda goes against the grain of basic genetics 101.

I don't know there's just something wrong with a girl that looks like neither of her parents....
I'm guessing adoption.

Are you watching the first series? She's Tom's girlfreind, not wife, and the kid isn't his.

It's not his kid, they aren't even married. Tom even explains to Harry in the first episode as they enter Thames House that he's seeing a new woman and doesn't know whether he should finish using this legend of Matthew Archer and tell her he's a spook.

I am watching the first season, I cought the series a few episodes into it. I didn't catch that part. I can only ccatch the last 50 minutes So I never catch the intros working nights and taping "adult swim" kinda effects that.
