Due to some anomolous event nodern Germany is replaced by The third reich with modern weapons including nukes, what happens?

A huge mushroom cloud over Berlin.

France surrenders to Germany, just to be safe.

You'd have to quantify this a little better. Would it be like 1939 Germany's military compared to the rest of the world's, or of a similar size to the modern day Germany's?

That's an absurd scenario because modern equipment is massively more expensive and Germany only reached its peak strength after yearso f a wartime economy anyway.

They don't, there is no question about this. Though if they wanted to they could build some low yield devices fairly quickly. As for what nations besides the US have them.
