Apperently I am sueing western union.(It was without my knowledge.)
Anyways...we won...so I got some free money comming a chunk from 47 milllion US.
How much will I get? I won't say but it'll be enough for a new asskicking entertainment system and a new car.
Heres some proof too.
God how I love the US people and their right to sue everyone and everybody!

That is the first time I've seen a request like that, pdfs often load slowly on comps... Can't you just zoom in on the .jpg?

I find it a bit hard to believe that so few people are involved in so broad a suit as to leave you with more then a few thousand bucks out of 47,000 million. Especially since it would appear someone simply ran down the customer list to create the suit..

Actually under article 3C I can collect a min of $10,000(US) which is fine by me.
I didn't sue em,Know about it,I will collect it though.

Better check my mail too, if what I'm reading on that letter is correct I should be eligible for a nice settlement as well.

Considering I bank with these clowns, I had better check my inbox as well.

Interesting Sidenote:
Great Western Bank, which owns western union, Is owned by Washington Mutual, the Company I work for. Knowing what I know about WaMu, It's not surprising a fuck up of this magnitude has occurred.....

My family had one of these too. We came home and suddenly there's a letter similar like the one Laird received. Except it was about bad water piping in our community. So I guess ours was a bit more morally justified.

Remember, this only applies if you performed an electronic money transfer from the US to another country or vice-versa. Read carefully to see if you're involved.

I asked my bf if he ever did this, he sez he didn't transfer any money internationally, so we're not in the boat.

Definitely involved, well actually it would be my parents getting the settlement not me though I'm sure they'll be nice enough to share. The joys of unexpected trips and going to school in America.

Damnit, I wish I was apart of that bank. It would be nice to actually have some fucking money around here once in a while.
