You're really hungry. You have your choice. Which do you choose?

I choose New England all the way. I can't eat enough of it. Great with crackers.

dammit people it's CHOWDA! (or it's alternate spelling: chowdah) And for the record the only real chowda' is New England style. Manhattan is just hot tomato juice with clams floating in it. nasty. Oh and theski, legal seafoods cant compete with Aunt Carrie's restaraunt in Point Judith, RI. :P

no! silly california man! You dare question me? do you want to be dragged off into the night by half a dozen drunken Irish hoods from South Boston and be forced to wear a Nomar Garciaparra jersey and force fed buckets of chowda and Sam Adams Lager to the never ending chant of "Yankees Suck!"? Do you?

Try the next best alternative..........CONCH! 8)

Down here in south Florida I cant get enough of conch salad and conch fritters :D

But damn! A hot creamy bowl of New England chowda sounds good right about now :D

Where in South Florida are you? I'm in Orlando, it's still kinda freaky to eat seafood about 45 minutes from the coast...

I'm in Jacksonville, and I've never heard of conch ANYthing...anyway, who would eat those things? ICK! Roaches of the deep, if you ask me. But their shells do convey the right to speak in a group....

Gah, you've never had that stuff where it really is made good, down in South Florida, where I used to live before getting kicked up to UCF...

They're kinda chewy, but they're insanely addictive. I miss SFlorida...

Wonder if chowdah could be made with Gator tail in place of clams...THAT sounds like it would kick seventeen different kinds of ass....

I've only ever had New England style, but...clam with TOMATO? Urgh. I probably wouldn't like NY-style anyway.
