Anybody else hate this?

In movies, when the scumbag criminal is able to kill a dozen cops-people who have had years of training yet somehow can't hit a single target. A prime example is "3000 Miles to Graceland."
We can make this thread about movie gunplay in general.

No, the worst is in Face/Off, where the bad guy uses a machine-pistol to take out the entire crew of a Coast Guard ship while he speeds toward them on his motorboat.
The sad thing is, I like the movie anyway.

Wll, the Coast Guard crew was trying to get him to surrender, whereas in 3KMTG innumerable SWAT and FBI agents were all trying to hit him as he ran around a warehouse.

Agreed. But the reason we watch movies is for entertainment and not technical accuracy. So if movie is good I do not care if it is accurate or not. However if it is bad I enjoy poking at plot loopholes and technincal mistakes
