Hear me out.

Today, by virtue of bad fate, I had no clean underwear. Thinking, Oh, It Won't Be Long To Wash Them, I donned my pants without any, taking care to avoid any zipper-accidents. I had no idea what I was getting into.

Now, more about me. I don't like boxers. They ride up, itch, and generally vexate me. Boxer briefs and briefs are the way to go. But this.. This was something else.

None of the riding up of boxers. None of the itch. None of the inconveniences or restrainment of briefs. I walked around unafraid, unworried, unsupported. And I loved it.

It's like some primal sin, but I can't help it. I want more. I even feel a song coming on...

I don't like briefs, or boxer briefs. They're not very kind to your junk.

I almost never wear undies. And I am far happier because of it.

I don't know how I would be able to go with out undies. Although I wear boxers, they are enough so that I don't feel "breezy." It's the "breeziness" that bugs me. Not only that, but I've also already had an "incident" with the zipper. No fun.

My boxers do ride, though, and right now they itch.

How much stranger do you think this thread is going to get when Ein posts in it?

Why don't you go take a nice jog around the park in your "natural state" and see if you'll never wear underwear again.

Bike riding would be another good activity try while going commando.

I like to wear the kind of shorts which double as swimming trunks, with an inner liner. That way, I don't need underwear but I'm not really flopping around either, and if I want to go swimming I can just jump in.

Those would be board shorts, if I'm not mistaken.

Now what would I need with underwear when I'm naked anyway?

Ya, those are nice. Generally don't have a lot for pockets though, and aren't super-durable.

See, the shorts I generally wear (I've got 5 of the same pattern) are freakin bulletproof. I've had them for like 3 years now, and they've yet to have any damage. A few days after I got them, I was racing my dad to the mailbox on wet concrete, when I slipped and fell. I slid along the concrete at a full sprint for two meters, and my thoughts were actually, "Oh damnit, I just got these shorts and now they're gonna be trash." Got up, no damage whatsoever. I had had almost my entire body weight on the fronts of my thighs (my balls were miraculously unharmed), and there was no fabric damage at all.

Try that with nylon shorts.

swim trunks are actually a pretty good idea...but doesn't the liner get annoying?

Yes, running shorts with the crepe liner are very comfortable. And you can run/race wih no undies on, it's just bouncy.

Oh good, so I wasn't the only one who came in thinking this was about convenient quickies with Tevar or somesuch.
