due to a series of Temporal anomalies the USA has been swapped with its alternate evil version circa 1970.

There first target is a military invasion of the EU.

Can the EU fend them off.

All nukes have been removed from both sides.

US loses. The end.

The U.S.S.R. takes advantage of the sudden evaporation of NATO's nuclear deterrent and the Red Army smashes through the Fulda Gap like a .45 slug through a plate glass window. Evil America doesn't bother invading Europe because it's full of evil commies anyway.
