Indeed, the problem is there is no Bullet Hole, not even a .22 sized Hole anywhere on the body
Me suspects the person in the pic hit the squirrl over the head rather than shooting it

That M16 looks fake to me, though it's hard to tell with about 20 models floating around. He may very well have simply beaten it to death.
