Late Night lost the emmy for writing on variety/comedy show, but they could have lost to a lot worse than Daily Show, like Letterman.

And Conan's appearance was halarious.

Yes, Conan was funny. He was better than most of the hosts and presenters.

I'm actually glad that the Daily Show won. It was the best show, in my opinion. I like Late Night, but I prefer Jon Stewart. Letterman and Leno shouldn't even be nominated along with these shows.

The rest of the awards really pissed me off. I fucking hate "Everybody Loves Raymond."

Oh and about Everybody Loves Raymond, I hate it too, my theory is there are two type of Comedy watchers, the "Friends" crowd and the "Family Guy" crowd, the "Friends" crowd watches Becker, Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens, the general crap on NBC/CBS, while the "Faimly Guy" crowd prefers more crude humor, Family Guy, Tidus, Trigger Happy TV, South Park etc.

Unfortuately the Friends crowd outnumbers the Family Guy crowd.

Conan won the Late Knights award for "Best Fucking Late night Talk show host Ever"

His aborted stage preformance was excellent. Almost as excellent as Bill Cosby going "And we spoke English, too..." to Wanda, who didn't get it.
