After fairly thorough comparison testing, I have determined that "ID Glide" is the best brand of lube. Better than "Probe", the highly acclaimed "Wet", and even "Astroglide".

Just in case anyone's in need of that information.

Hm...if one sometimes needs lube for ease of vaginal intercourse, what does that mean?

Nothing beats good ol' Vaseline for masturbation, IMHO.

And water based lubes sometimes work TOO well, easing entry that much can be painful!

Well, the fit was really...tight, and I am very generously endowed, and sometimes it wasn't necessary, but sometimes it was.

What condition causes that?

On the less stereotypically SD.net side of things, my old auto shop teacher and I have found that Tri-Flow is like WD-40 on steroids. Excellent stuff for your less personal lubrication needs.

Some women experience vaginal dryness after pregnancy for some reason (hormones out of whack, presumably). There can also be certain times during a woman's cycle, or some women just suffer from a medical condition. It's not that unusual for women to need lube for vaginal intercourse (although it's obviously much more necessary for anal intercourse).

There's also the issue of her state of mind. If she's really horny and there's been some foreplay, she should be dripping wet. But if she's tense, or worried about something, or not into it, or there's been no fireplay, she could be dry.

And one final note: even if she's quite wet on the inside, she might not be that wet right at the entrance, so a wee bit of lube can be helpful just to make the first thrust nice and comfortable.

I think this hits the spot. Foreplay almost always preceeded and for quite awhile, and she was always quite wet--once I got past the initial thrust in, there was never a problem.

Yeah but you said the lube would ease entry too much such that its painful. There isnt any dryness. And size.. again, the pain is part of the pleasure.

Can i get it applied straight from the source?

This is a great resource! Personally, I've always favored Probe, and Astroglide when I can't get that (for some reason, Probe seems to be an exclusively adult-toy shop type item around these parts) as Astroglide you can get at any local pharmacy.

All are superior to KY, which if anyone uses for a sex lube, they are *really* missing out. It seems to me that once you get past the quantum leap improvement over the nasty KY, Astroglide and Probe are pretty similar. What's so great about the ID Glide?
