Timothy Jones. Easily.

Right after Timothy Jones in low OA ability (actually negative ability) are Zero, then the guys in the front section of the page, in that order (hard as it is to tell, the last guy Damien Hailey was probably 1% smarter than that Rogers guy).

Then comes David Brin. Then comes Stilgar, then Gothmog, then Graham Kennedy and finally Edam. I think that's the order.

I think Zero Douji was hilariously infantile and immature.

Daniel Rodgers with his ludicrous "realistic" scenario (with that last, classic crack from MW: "You must be very proud of yourself. Give yourself a pat on the back with your one free hand." ). Probably wasn't the stupidest, or most loathesome, but he did made me laugh the most.

As well as his "Squads of Emergency Security Holograms", and hsi Rude Goldbergian ways of doing something that could be done easier without lowering your shields in the middle of combat.

I like the "original" Spacebattles.com Babies. In spite of Gothmog and IXJac (Who is not IXJac [cough]), I think that they are the stupidest of the bunch. It really is amazing how many idiots there are in the world, though.
