Wacko Pilot Does Low-Altitude Flyby

Just saw this on the news,on August 9th a wacko did a low altitude flyby over a racetrack in Drumondville,not one but at least 2 or three times.
once this story appear in any news site i`ll link it.
EDITED: they finally said when it happened.

What kind of plane was he flying? You can go very low legally if your slow enough.

That would be a floatplane or seaplane.

Generally, if the plane floats on pontoons, it is called a seaplane. If it floats on its hull, it is called a boatplane.

Last time I was at the Gorge in Washington (it's a big outdoor concert venue), a C-141 Starlifter did a flyby
in the canyon the ampitheater overlooks. It was nearly at eye-level to me.

There's a series of increments, the lower limit is 500 feet at around 70 knots IIRC

I generally don't fly that fast, but I believe it is 250kts below 10,000 ft, and 200kts in Class B (JFK, O'Hare) airspace.

Wow, thats just really stupid of them to do. They could have just video manipulated the dude instead of risking his fucking life. That was really really stupid of whoever was producing that video.
