Don't know if y'all remember that my friend Rob was sent to Iraq back in January, but I just wanted to let you know that he has returned safely home.

I'm glad for you, Zaia. It's always nerve-racking to have someone over in a hot zone.

I'm just worried that my tanker friend (don't want to use his name) and a classmate's friend (don't know his name) may end up back in Iraq during the occupation.

Yeah, I know that feeling. I'm worried that they'll send Rob back, because he said that it was somewhere between possible and probable that they would. But who knows. A lot of plans may have changed since then (since he told me that in person before he left, which was back at the end of January).

I'm still more happy than anything else that he's back safely.
