Does this thread belong in Fantasy? Well anyway,

My college's anime club is awesome. Every thursday we meet in the biggest lecture hall in campus (credit to our pres for getting us that  ) and for three straight hours we watch anime.

This quarter we're watching:

Full Metal Panic
Great Teacher Onizuka
Jungle-something-something (I forgot the title but it's one HELLA funny show!)
Stellavia
Scrapped Princess
Princess Tutu

An episode of each, on huge theater-like screen, in the largest lecture hall on campus, each thursday.

I am set. :D 8) :D

You are so lucky. A group of us in HS tried to get an anime club going, but it never got off the ground.

Side note: who's your current AV, Shinova? She looks familiar, but I can't place her.

Zefiris, from Scrapped Princess.

If you haven't seen the series, I recommend it. It's REALLY good. :)

I joined the Anime club in my HS because the president was a hottie :D

But I really never watched anime until college where everyone in the dorms watched 'em. I remember I went like two days straight watching NGE. Then my friends would direct me to a particular series I should watch.

I especially thought the Love Hina series was cute.

My sister and her friend had an Anime club at their college for a semester that pretty much fizzled. Not enough geeks around here :|

I feel sorta.. semi-jealous. My local anime club is quite pathetic.

Probably Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu (The Jungle was Nice, then Came Guu).

I've got the whole series (well, except for about 3 episodes of DELUXE!), but I haven't gotten around to watching more than the first episode, for some reason.

I need to find a nice, big, anime club.

Bah, I can get all the animé I need off Xort, LUMAS (Lancaster University Manga & Animé Society) shows the stuff I never think about downloading. I haven't been as much in the last few weeks of last term, but I do lend them some of my DVDs and CDs from time to time.

Oh and Shinova, FMP season 2 is funky. :P

Anime Anonymous here at CU is pretty good. They show a decent selection and we get a big lecture hall to use. From what I understand, the current president really turned things around and got it organized.

UGAnime is a pretty big club, shows anime on a bigscreen in a lecture hall. This year RahXephon, Irresponsible Captain Tylor, Utena, InuYasha, Hano Yori Dango, and Witch Hunter Robin are being shown. They also have a festival once a year, in which anime is shown all day for a week. I would love to start going, but being an accounting major doesn't allow for that very easily.

Wow. I just looked up some info and found out that my college's anime club is apparently only one chapter of a loose confederation that forms the LARGEST network of anime clubs in the WORLD.

Also, my college happened to be the site of some really famous anime store, which has sadly moved out two or so years ago.

My uni is awesome. :P

College, or school, or university, you mean. Do not bow down before Euro-Canadian imperialism!

Caltech has a really good anime club, although the website isn't updated too often.
