Unless he's giving birth, I don't see how this means the world is ending.

Dude.. It's David Letterman. Course, it could be worse.. It could be Jay Leno.

Then again, I'm biased on the subject. I prefer Letterman's comedy. [shrugs]

Letterman is never shown from the waist down. Therefor, I have reached the obvious conclusion. He is not wearing any pants.

Isn't his show produced by a company called "Worldwide Pants"??

Eh. The beginning of the end of the world won't come until George W. Bush has a child.

Wait a minute...

Letterman rules. Although I am forced to wonder if he will start doing the same kind of "domestic comedy" that so many comedians rely upon, where he talks about the foibles of childraising and marriage. Such routines can be funny, but they're not Dave's traditional style.

Right.. It would definitely drag into his normal comedy.. and that would kill it, IMO. I think he's better than Leno because of his dry humour..

I'd like to see an occasional foray into home humour, anymore will be silly. I bet children now become a major point in his interviews now.

Huh. Conan O'Brien is having a kid soon too. Maybe late night comedians have fertility cycles that line up with astrological phenomena, or some shit like that. :)

My friend's mom almost hit Letterman with her cadillac when he was jogging one morning (he lives in the next town over.)...

I'm glad there will be more lettermans and conans in the next generations. I think America is gonna need all the laughs it can get in the future.

Letterman is good but Conan is the king of late night.

By the way, this is somewhat old news.
