Has anyone seen those new Old Navy commercials for "The Rugsby Bunch?" If you haven't, I envy you. It's kinda like a rip-off cheesy version of the intro for The Brady Bunch, minus whatever charm the original once had. I mean, sure, but shirts! This is Old Navy we're talking about. The same Old Navy that hired dancing swamis and manic dogs to do unintelligible things to TV screens. Remember some of the earlier commercials? I mean, WHAT. THE. FUCK. I think they had dancing people . . . dancing around . . . PANTS! It was like some horrible Persian Science Theater 40,000 gone horribly wrong. But I digress. This is about how Old Navy sucks. Well, not Old Navy in particular - I bought my pants from there - but their commercials bureau. I mean, what the F*$# people? This is an ad about SHIRTS! You're ruining the good name of the Brady Bunch! (I think . . . I haven't seen an episode in about -24 years) And call me a bigot, whatever, but I find it odd that each side of the family has a black kid in it. I mean, what are the odds of that? It practically screams, LOOK AT ME!!!! I'M TRYING TO BE PC BY PUTTING A TOKEN BLACK KID IN!!!!! I mean, that pisses me off, once you think about it. And what about the Asians, Arabs, Latinos, Indians, Southern Pacific Islanders, Latin Americans, South Africans, Midgits, Hermaprodite Transvestite Transexual Lesbian Bipolars, Human-Cat Hybrids, Little Green Men, Vorlons that are such a part of PC ad traditions? Have you forgotten them, as well. HAVE YOU DOTH FORSAKEN THEM AS WELL????? ANSWER, DAMMIT! ANSWER!!!!!! . . . erm, sorry, got a bit carried away. Anyway, what I'd like to say is that Old Navy ads suck, and I hope they die. The end.

They make me want blow up the local TV tower, which is conveniently about 1.5 miles away, and then hunt down and kill everyone involved in their creation and production.

The worst commercials have to the Ditech.com ones. Awful, no talent actors, cross dressing and a FUCKING ANNOYING CATCHPHRASHE.

By the way, Samuel Adams has some really lame radio ads as well. Apparently they are also running a contest that will let someone make
a commercial for them. The whole plug for the contest rags on people
who complain about commericals.

Still, the Samuel Adams and Old Navy ads are some of the worst things on tv.

I don't mind the recent Coor's Lite ad that much because of "Quarterbacks Eating Dirt" and the twins. The chearleaders aren't bad either.

The commercials I dislike the most are the one's for Carl's Junior. They show a close up of people eating a big sloppy burger. Not appealing.

Oh, the old navy ones are bad, but they dont compare in stupididty to Di-Tech.com commercials, AFLAC commercials (a stupid talking duck that cant fly!!!!), and the Mac testamonial commercials. Those just make mac look stupid. I mean the first one with that Ellen Feiss chick. If you look carefully, she is either mentally incompetent or stoned out of her mind. her eyes are rolled back into her head and bloodshot and she cant speak coherently. Stupid People!!!

It are those kind of commercials that make good people do bad things... they are sort of like those target commercials and new car commericals, they flash images by you and then put their logo at the end. But yes, it makes me want to do many bad and illegal things to the "think tanks" (not sure how much thought has to go into those commercials though).

Those Gap commercials were even worse. And those Target commercials suck as well. In fact, they're enough to make me Target as much as I do Wal-Mart.

That would be a rather pointless exercise. The quality of Old Navy commercials tends to indicate that they lack a frontal lobe for you to stab at.

I'd suggest just breaking their neck. Or, shooting them in the ass, which is where much of their brain mass is located anyway.
