Oh My. Cold Mountain trailer is up!

Cold Mountain trailer is up at Yahoo. They had scenes of the Battle of the Crater at Petersburg. Though I expected the blast to be larger, it supposedly ripped a hole straight through the center of the Southern lines and about 4,000 Union troops died in it.

Interesting.......when I read the book, I always thought Ruby to be indifferent to the war and in the trailer she appears to be going stark raving mad about it. And the thing about Ruby in that trailer that really pisses me off....she's wearing a white dress–the one thing that Charles Fraizer spent 300 pages showing us was completely contrary to Ruby's character.
